All orders for Lab Services are placed through our ROES Application.
ROES (Remote Order Entry System) is a small Java application that you download once, then use to order all of your lab products and services. At the end of the order process your image files are uploaded directly from within the application. No need to send images on disks or a hard drive. When complete, your order will be sent directly to you, or you can request that it be drop-shipped directly to your customer. You can even order gift boxes for a professional presentation!
It’s Easy To Download The Silverback ROES Application
Follow these steps to download and install our ROES application.
- Click this link to begin the download and installation of the Silverback ROES application.
- Follow the easy instructions when prompted for input. If you are on a PC and do not have JAVA installed, you will be prompted to install it as well.
- Enter the contact information for your studio.
It Just Makes Sense!
Let us color-correct, retouch and enhance your images so they will print beautifully (you'll need to Sign Up to become a Silverback client first), then place your product orders through our ROES Ordering Application. Your customers will be thrilled and there will be one less thing for you to worry about. Or, if you’re a wiz with Photoshop®, do the image work yourself and place your orders. You decide which approach fits your business model the best. In either case, you’ll be dealing with a great lab, getting great products, at great prices.
